ان شاء الله لي زياره تانيه دام الموضوع عجبني

لازم اجرب كل الانواع عشان اكون حقانيه

في حكمي.. ان شاء الله تجربوه و يعجبكم

و اكتشفت اني ما قد دونت ابد عن اسطوانتي المعهوده و هي (اععععع اكرهك يا يدي) خخخخخ

الغالب يعرف هرجة اليد المصونه و البعض يستغرب كرهي ليدي و تذمري الدائم منها..

الهرجة بدأت اعتقد في أكتوبر 2008 .. مو قلتلكم قبل كدا اكره اكتوبر خخخخخ

انا عندي عداء مع الدكاتره جدن شنيع لدرجة اني اسكت ع الالم لدرجة ما احس انه خلاص

انقلعي يا بنت و روحي الدكتور.. اول شي رحت لطبيب عام و قال مجرد اجهاد من الجلسة

الطويلة في الشغل ونصحني اني اتحرك ما بين فتره و التانيه، و بعد كدا جلست ساكته عالموضوع بالشهور 

لين ما جا اليوم اللي سرت ابكي بصوتي منها في الشركه لدرجة انفجعو كل اللي في الشركه على

بالهم احد مات او صارت مصيبه هع.. وقتها كنت متضاربه مع بابا و ما كنا نتكلم.. رفعت السماعه

ابكي اقوله الحقني ما احس بيدي.. على طول لقيت بابا عندي و رحت لدكتور متخصص في العظام و شخص

حالتي بانه حاله نفسية و روماتيزم و انيميا وهرووووووج كتيره~ و طلب مني اني اعمل جلسة ليزر ..

زي دي بالزبط وهو ترا نفس الدكتور على فكره هع

و كتب لي علاجات كتيره اغلبها كانت زيوت.. وع بس كنت اكره حالي لما اخذها..

و سببت لي زياده شنيعه في الوزن و كثرة النسيان و قلة استيعاب وبطلت من وقتها اخذها..

شفت ضررها اكثر من نفعها..

ما انكر انه رجولي اتحسنت و اختفى المها بس يدي ابد ما اختفى الألم بتاتا

بعدها بكم شهر رجع الألم من جديد و هالمره قلت دام الهرجة مو فِ العظام نشوف دكتور الأعصاب

و رحت لدكتوره اعصاب و عملت لي تخطيط للأعصاب والعضلات

وبرضو نفس الكلام كان اجهاد في الشغل و المفروض اني اهتم بصحتي و بطريقة اكلي -_-

و هاتك يا أدويه مدري ايش هرجة امها.. هو انا ناقصه كل شويه اروح اصرف ادوية؟

بعدها بكم شهر كمان خالتي قالت لي تعالي عندي.. في المستشفى دكتور عظام جيد..

تعالي جربي و شوفي.. قلت جات عليه هو؟ ما نروح و نشوف، كان اخصائي على ما اعتقد.. 

عمل لي أشعة في يدي و قال انه الأوتار حقت يدي جدن ضعيفة واني المفروض اشرب حليب..

و كالعاده لستة ادويه وش طولها -_- سيرت على كل الأدويه هع~

طبعاً لسه ما خلصنا.. اخر دكتور رحت له عشان انحف و اخفف وزني بسبب ادوية اول دكتور المليانه

زيوت هو تخصصه في الأساس عظام و احنا في نص الهرجة جا موضوع يدي و اللي بأعانيه منه

من قبل ما يعمل لي اشعه قال انتي عندك ديسك في الرقبة -_- نعم؟ ايش يعني؟

ترا كلمة ديسك دي كنت دايم اسمعها و عمري ما فكرت اسأل ايش يعني!!

الموهم مسك رقبتي و عمل فيها حركه لين ما بدأ الالم يمشي في يدي اقوله خلااااااص يدي..

=_= ايش بتسوي انت؟؟ قال ولا شي بس بستثير لك الألم!!

قلتله خلاص استثرته و خلص انا اباه يختفي مو يرجع لي

اشعة و تحاليل دم و مدري ايش.. شاف الأشعه وقلي شفتي زي ما قلت عندك ديسك في الرقبة

بس للأمانه ما اعرف في ايت فقرة خخخخ

و اداني ادويه كالعادة تهئ بالاضافه لشي جديد اللي هو الجميل دا.. بس ترا اكرهه كمانا هع

الخلاصة

 عندي ديسك في الرقبه ودا دايم يصاحبة الم بالكتف و يتركز في الجهه المصابه عندي اللي

هي اليسار و كمان مأثرعلى الناحية اليمين و دا سبب لي ضعف بالعضلات في اليد و الذراع

و اوقات كتير أفقد الحس او احس بالخدر فيالاصابع و تنميل و ثقل في ذراعي لدرجه

اني ما احس بيدي غير عن طريق الالم اللي بيجيني..

يعني حتى كيس المقاضي العادي ممكن اشيله بس لو شلته زياده عن دقيقه

او اكثر ما اقدر احرك يدي بعد كدا غير لما تهدا~ بالعاده لما اقول ما اقدر اشيل شي ثقيل الكل 

يحسب اني بتعذر و اني جالسه امزح لانهم مو مستوعبين كمية الألم

اللي اعاني منها لانه في الغالب اليد ما يكون فيها شي الا لو انا استثرت مركز الالم

و يكون بأني اميل على الناحيه اليسار ودا بيكون لما اشيل شي تقيل او لما اشيل شي

 بيديني الثنتين و دا يتبعه رجفه في اليد ما تهدا الا بعد اييييش

يعني تاخذ لها وقت وقت عشان تهدا و بش هع هع

ترا الديسك دا معايا من الولاده تخيلو 0_0 و ما عرف يمرمطني معاه الا الحين هع ^^~

I become so gloomy and pessimistic… even if laugh at my self for a day or two

and convincing it that everything is okay… tomorrow will be better etc, etc, etc ;\

but everything turn to be is the same since ever and sometimes it gets worse I think…

The reason why I stop posting anything here is because I feel like  I’m spreading my

negative aura And I hate doing this…

I’m reaching my limit of being fed up of everything… I’m about to ditch everything, even

my social network sites…  I forgot how to communicate with my friends; I almost don’t

know anything about them because I live in isolation in my own world…

Recently I decide to have a change in my life…

I hope I can keep it and quite doing things that harm me, I think  I should pay more

attention to my health since every time I discover a new disease: D

OMG it’s been a long time since I updated my blog

Don’t know whats wrong but I don’t feel like I want write about my daily life..

Although there are a lot of things that happened during this period..

Some of them are happy and some are not..

I become more isolated, it’s not like i’m forced to be so, but I think I’m the one who’s doing this..

I kinnda making a distance between me and those whom I know, its not like I don’t want them to be in my life but….

I don’t know I really don’t know how to say it or put it into a sentence that can explain exactly how I feel

And also I don’t know why I am writing now.. I just press on add new and start typing.

Can this year be different than last year? I hope so :\

I’m looking forward for so many things to come true.. Even if not it’s Allah will..

I really miss the old me.. The old Luda.. I was so crazy at that time, I miss being crazy..

Being mature is good but believe me it is boring like hell

I don’t know what I’m writing.. Just ignore it.

I’m only clearing my head from a lot of things that gives me a huge headache, so I can free some space

to the other nonsenses that’s going to take place

I didn’t call my granny to check on here after they admit her in the hospital

and didn’t even greet her for Ramadan including my aunt..
